Founder of The Nowhere Boys. With more than 25 years of experience in the local rock scene with projects such as “Octubre Negro” and “Blast 55”. Despite his passion for punk rock, his musician’s thesis at EMMAT (the only school on the Berklee circuit in Colombia) was about The Beatles. Music Director at School Of Rock Bogota.

Graphic designer from the National University of Colombia and co-founder of The Nowhere Boys. Despite having studied music in the Youth Symphony of Colombia, he considers himself an empirical drummer. In 2016, he won the award for best drummer at the “16th Latin American Beatle Week” in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Diseñador gráfico de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia y co-fundador de The Nowhere Boys. A pesar de haber estudiado música en la Sinfónica Juvenil de Colombia, se considera un baterista empírico. En 2016, ganó el premio al mejor baterista en la “16° Semana Beatle de Latinoamérica” en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He learned to play the piano, bass and guitar in his school days. Electronic engineer from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and audio engineer from the SAE Institute in London. In 2015, he was part of the EvolRock Radio project with a progressive rock program. There he met David, who invited him to be part of The Nowhere Boys. In 2016, he obtained a master’s degree in music and audio technology from the University of York in the UK. He returned to Colombia in January 2018, rejoining the band.

Aprendió a tocar el piano, el bajo y la guitarra en su época escolar. Ingeniero electrónico de la Universidad de los Andes en Bogotá e ingeniero de audio en el Instituto SAE de Londres. En 2015, formó parte del proyecto EvolRock Radio con un programa de rock progresivo. Allí conoció a David, quien lo invitó para ser parte de The Nowhere Boys. En 2016, obtuvo la maestría en tecnología de audio y música en la Universidad de York en el Reino Unido. Regresó a Colombia en enero de 2018, reincorporándose a la banda.

He started guitar and piano lessons at the age of ten. After a period of informal musical education, he joined the youth music course of Universidad de Los Andes. In 2020, he graduated as a musician (classical guitar) at the National University of Colombia. Since 2021 he has also been working on his musical project as a soloist.

Inició clases de guitarra y piano a los diez años. Después de un tiempo de educación musical informal, se unió al curso juvenil de música de Universidad de Los Andes. En 2020, se graduó como músico (guitarra clásica) en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Desde 2021 trabaja además en su proyecto musical como solista.

She joined her school’s choir when she was 10 years-old. She started taking piano lessons at the age of 12 and bass lessons at 17. She also learned to play guitar by herself. She studied Music in the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts and obtained a Masters degree in The Beatles, Popular Music and Society in Hope University. She has been part of many musical acts in Venezuela, Britain and Colombia. She now has an educational project focused on the history of The Beatles, called Seminarios The Beatles.

Fue parte del coro del colegio en Venezuela desde los 10 años. Empezó a tomar clases de piano a los 12 años y de bajo eléctrico a los 17. También aprendió a tocar guitarra en esa época. Estudió música en el Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts y completó una maestría en Música Popular enfocada en la obra de The Beatles. Ha colaborado en varios proyectos como músico y cantante en Venezuela, Inglaterra y Colombia. Tiene ahora un proyecto educativo llamado Seminarios The Beatles.
